COLOMBO (News 1st); The Excise Department has launched a hotline to report the illegal sale of liquor.
Information can be shared with the department via the hotline number 1913.
Raids are underway to apprehend individuals involved in the illegal sale of alcohol, following the closure of liquor stores during the holiday season in line with the Sinhala and Tamil New Year.
