Foreign-Made Modern Pistol Seized in Meethotamulla Container

COLOMBO (News 1st): Police Special Task Force (STF) seized a high-tech pistol manufactured overseas, hidden inside a container in Meethotamulla. 

According to the STF, two magazines associated with the weapon were also seized. 

The items were found concealed under a container parked behind the Meethotamulla MoH Office. 

The pistol and the magazines have been handed over to the Wellampitiya police station for further investigation.
