LG Elections: Distribution of Polling Cards Continue

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The distribution of polling cards for the local government elections will be carried out today, marking a special day in the election process.

Deputy Postmaster General Premachandra Herath said that the distribution will be completed by April 29.

The local government elections are scheduled to be held on May 6.

Meanwhile, public officials who were unable to cast their postal votes on April 25 will have the opportunity to do so on April 28 and 29.
