Colombo Crime Division Arrests Suspect with 9.555 kg of Kush Worth Rs. 70 Million

A suspect has been taken into custody with 9.555 kilograms of kush during a raid carried out by the Colombo Crime Division near the Grandpass and Sirimuthu Uyana housing complex.

The police stated that the 27-year-old suspect is a resident of Colombo 14.

The seized kush is valued at approximately 70 million rupees, and the suspect was found to have taken responsibility for 16 million and 85,000 rupees in cash, according to the police.

The police added that the suspect is being questioned under a remand order.
