India-Sri Lanka Ferry Service Temporarily Suspended

COLOMBO (News 1st); The passenger ferry service operating between Nagapatnam, India and Kankesanthurai, Sri Lanka has been temporarily suspended.

The passenger ferry service was suspended due to the prevailing rainy and windy conditions.

Indian media reported that the ferry service has been halted from today until October 28.

According to Indian media, a decision regarding services in November will be made considering the future weather conditions.
