T-56 Live Ammunition Discovered in Kanadara Oya

COLOMBO (News 1st); Police say 41 live T-56 ammunition rounds were found in the Kanadara Oya, in Wahamalgodallawa of Medawachchiya, following a tip-off from local residents.

Two T-56 ammunition magazines were also recovered from the location.

Meanwhile, a 25-year-old was arrested in Mediwewa aof Polonnaruwa for possessing the drug ICE, during a raid conducted by the Polonnaruwa Anti-Corruption Unit.
