Police Probe 25 Illegally Kept Vehicles, Suspects Identified

COLOMBO(News 1st); The Central Crime Investigation Division has launched investigations into 25 vehicles being kept illegally.

The suspects have been identified, and police say arrests will be made based on verified information obtained during the investigations.

Legal action will be taken against them on multiple charges, including the illegal registration and assembly of vehicles using forged documents.

Authorities added that most individuals involved in keeping such vehicles are political associates.
