Defending Champions Sri Lanka Face India in T20 Asia Cup Final Today (13)

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The final of the 2026 Women’s T20 Asia Cup will be played between defending champions Sri Lanka and India today (13).

The two teams faced each other in the final of the 2024 tournament, where Sri Lanka emerged victorious to become the reigning champions.

This will be the third time Sri Lanka Women have reached the finals of the Women’s T20 Asia Cup. 

India, the most successful team in the tournament, have reached the final in every edition of the Women’s Asia Cup played in the T20 format since 2012.

India have won the title three times.

The grand final will be played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium today and is scheduled to start at 8:00 PM Sri Lanka time.
