Certified Financial Literacy Trainers to Be Introduced in Sri Lanka

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL), in collaboration with the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka, has launched the country’s first certified financial literacy trainer program.

Director of the Institute, C. P. A. Karunatilake, said the initiative is aimed at improving public understanding of money management and responsible financial behavior.

He further announced that September has been designated as Financial Literacy Month, during which a series of public awareness programs will be conducted nationwide.
