Double Drowning in Thambuththegama

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Two individuals have lost their lives after drowning in the Nallachchiya Reservoir in Thambuththegama.

Police stated that the victims met with the accident when they had gone for a bath.

The victims' bodies were discovered yesterday afternoon in the canal of the reservoir.

The deceased have been identified as two males, aged 19 and 30.
