Vice President of India C. P. Radhakrishnan Arrives in Sri Lanka for Official Visit

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Vice President of India C. P. Radhakrishnan has arrived in Sri Lanka for a two-day official visit.

During his stay, the Vice President Radhakrishnan is set to hold bilateral discussions with President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya. 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that he will also participate in several programs organized to meet with various political and community leaders.

High-level meetings with the President and Prime Minister aim to strengthen regional ties.

Additionally, rehabilitation projects for those affected by Cyclone 'Ditwah' will also be launched during the visit.

Reviewing the progress of ongoing development initiatives currently funded by the Indian government is also included in the agenda. 

Vice President Radhakrishnan is accompanied by a senior delegation of Indian government officials.
